In 1970, Jim Steiner named our kennel
after his first homebred retriever, "Meg of Crow Haven Farm."
The name comes from the title of an old movie. We have been active
breeders since 1975, and Medina County has been home to Crow Haven
Farm since 1978.
We raise our purebred Labrador Retrievers for field,
show and hearth-side companions. Our dogs have been consistently
bred for temperament and soundness and natural instinct. We shoot
over all our dogs.
We have produced champions, but most of our dogs
have gone on to make wonderful companions for a wide variety of
people and families.
We are members of Western Reserve Kennel Club,
Medina Kennel Club and The Labrador Retriever Club. We are also
very active in Labrador Retriever rescue.
